Anthony assists business clients in Ohio, Florida, and Michigan with transactional and compliance related matters. His clients range from individual providers and small businesses to hospital organizations. On a daily basis Anthony deals with Stark and Anti-kickback issues, physician contracts, regulatory compliance, and ASC transactions. Being married to a nurse practitioner and a physician’s brother, Anthony’s background helps him to understand not only the business aspects of a health care transaction, but also the personal aspects that can often be overlooked.

In addition, as the business focused partner of The Health Law Group, his practice includes all business matters from landlord tenant disputes to acquisitions to creditor’s rights.

When he is out of the office, “Coach Tony” can often be found on a lacrosse field. As the owner of the Lake Erie Lobsters, a local travel lacrosse program, and the head lacrosse coach at Sylvania Southview High School, he is committed to helping grow youth lacrosse in Northwest Ohio.
